Role & Responsibilities as HSE Practitioner Leading a team of HSE inspectors, officers and supervisor, sort out confusions / issues between execution & HSE Teams. Prepare HSE Plan & Procedures, JSA & TRA, Weekly / Monthly HSE Statistical report, Trends of HSE Statistical data, etc. Conduct Mass TBT / Safety Talks with Co. & clients HSE staff & Const. teams. Participates in internal & external HSE meeting. Ensure the availability & implementation of a valid PTW at site. Conduct Incident / accident investigations. Conduct Mock fire, Emergency rescue Drills Conduct routine / non-routine audits, Inspection and walkthroughs. Conduct Inspections of Hot-work & Mechanical workshops, sandblasting & painting workshops, earthmoving machineries & lifting equipment. Responsible to keep all the emergency equipment, i.e. SCABA, Fire Extinguisher, Fire hose reels, First aid kits, fire kits, etc. readily available to counter any emergency. Ensure HSE precautions for radiography testing (RT) have been taken. Provide training and induction/awareness courses on HSE and related areas. Conduct gas tests and audits of confined spaces to check the compliance of defined protocols of HSE. |
